絕對是超預期的假期🤭就是來打卡酒店的，硬件軟件都在線🌈🌈🌈房間很大舒適不潮濕，晚上入住有貼心的零食大禮包，這是我見過最大的免費零食🤭🤭景色就不用提了，值得再去的酒店，下次一定組團再來💖親子游，朋友聚會，小情侶都適合👍

環境優美，管家雲容服務態度非常好

酒店環境很好！房間舒適乾淨！服務也很貼心！餐廳裏面的食物也很好吃！裏面的遊樂設施也很多！很棒的一次體驗！

I am also an old traveler. I chose this hotel randomly on Ctrip. I didn't expect it to exceed my expectations. There are probably several aspects: 1. The hardware conditions are very good. This is not a single hotel, but a resort for eating, drinking, playing, taking photos and checking in. The public area is very large, with many facilities and many scenery. You can basically stay there for a weekend. 2. The service is very good. Check-in butler service (special praise for the butler: Yunshang, the service is meticulous, the response is timely, and it is quite good). There are service staff in each area. 3. The Chinese restaurant (order dishes) is unexpectedly delicious, and the special dishes in it are delicious. Additional: The coffee in the lobby is good. 相當不錯的一個度假酒店，服務特別好，很漂亮也很方便，酒店會安排私人客服，隨叫隨到，給我們安排的雲依服務很好也很給力

利用清明假期來那雲懸崖酒店住了兩個晚上，雖然路途有點奔波，但酒店很好，值得一行，特別是酒店的公區非常漂亮。酒店建在懸崖邊，倚山而建，顏值風景無敵。走過玻璃橋就到了西餐廳，在西餐廳烏瞰下面的江水和對面的羣山，漂亮極了，酒店的服務員都非常有禮貌，服務用心，衞生也搞得很乾凈。其中，管家雲山值得特別表揚，來之前就聯繫了我，詳細介紹了酒店的情況和注意的事項，入住以後在食住行方面都給到我很好的建議和服務，值得表揚。
